Please take the spinning orb to your sidebar adding a link to me, and a link to your post. Well done! You can copy the HTML code on the left sidebar into a gadget from your dashboard. Let me know if you need help.

What is so special about December 4th? It's the first Friday in December. And in my chalet, we are enjoying traditional Swedish Glogg, click on the link for the recipe. Then fire up the Sauna, enjoy some Fondue by the fireside. Happy Weekend!

Those glass cups look really inviting!

I just returned from a round of the Christmas markets and had some hot spiced wine. The fourth of December is Saint Barbara's day and in Austria it is custom to cut cherry tree branches. Indoors, they will bloom by Christmas day.

I remember someone, maybe Robert Benchley, who wrote of the first time he tried Glogg. He had to stop drinking; he became too gloggy. :-)

So glad you stopped by!
